Trauma

We offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals affected by single-incident or complex trauma. Our work focuses on helping you feel safe in your body, understand trauma responses, reduce distress, and gently rebuild a sense of stability and empowerment.

We are a trauma-informed practice and recognise that trauma can affect not only your thoughts and emotions but also your body, from tension and stress responses to disrupted sleep or energy.
